    Mytrus CRM & SaaS Operations Platform

    Challenge
    Sales and operations worked from scattered records and hand-updated spreadsheets, with no real-time view of recurring subscriptions.
    What I did
    An internal system built on Supabase and Stripe: lead pipeline, recurring billing and MRR, LTV and churn dashboards in one place.

  • Hidra Tracking dashboard in Shopify with period shipments, in transit, exceptions and transit times

    Hidra Tracking — Rastreamento e operação logística

    Challenge
    Delivery tracking was scattered between Shopify and each carrier's system, which slowed the sales team's response to lost parcels, returns and delays.
    What I did
    An app installed in Shopify that reconciles orders and tracking events: period overview, a priority queue by impact and urgency, case handling, delivery-time and transit analytics by state, carrier and tag, plus a data-quality panel. Carrier syncing is automatic.

    Challenge
    Analysts and business owners spent hours modelling cash flow and forecasts in manual spreadsheets, with no immediate analysis of their data.

    Hidra Pure — Meu Dia

    Challenge
    Customers bought the hydration products but didn't keep up the routine and forgot to restock.
    What I did
    An app with water goals, a guided 21-day challenge, reminders and product lifespan tracking.

    Desafio Premiado Hidra Pure — Gestão e Sorteio

    Challenge
    Every edition, the team has to follow sign-ups, validate daily participation for 21 days and draw prizes live, transparently.
    What I did
    An admin panel with editions, participants, daily validation, waitlist and winners, plus a staged prize draw with simulation and broadcast modes for the live stream.

    Hidra Pure Links — Linktree com analytics próprio

    Challenge
    Organic traffic from social media came through a bio link with no measurement: there was no way to know which products drew the most interest, or when.
    What I did
    A custom brand link page with an admin panel: links editable without touching code, featured link and ordering, plus analytics for unique visitors, views, clicks and click-through rate by period.
